Your SMS now says “Unverified.” We’ll fix it. Free.

Since 1 July 2026, unregistered sender IDs are stamped “Unverified” and grouped in with scam texts - your customers can’t tell your appointment reminder from a fraud.

We’re an ACMA-registered telco and we’ve registered hundreds of sender IDs. The process is free and simple, but it’s full of gotchas. Send us one form - we’ll get it right the first time.

FAQS

Answers to your common questions

Since 1 July 2026, sender IDs that aren’t on Australia’s SMS Sender ID Register are labelled “Unverified” and grouped in with scam texts. Registering your sender ID removes the label. Bulk SMS is a registered originating telco, so we can lodge it for you.

Yes. Sender ID registration is lodged through us, so you need to be a Bulk SMS customer. If you don’t have an account yet, the form below creates one - no credit card needed.

Nothing. ACMA sender ID registration is free, and we handle the submission for you at no charge.

An ABN isn’t strictly mandatory, but it’s highly recommended - without one, registration is much slower and more difficult. If you have an ABN, we’ll register your sender ID against it.

A nominated company representative who is an office holder registered with ASIC for the ABN you’re registering under. ACMA contacts that person directly to approve the registration, so make sure they’re expecting it.

Just a bit. Registration is tied to the telco that submits it for you. Once your sender ID is registered, you are able to send messages with that sender ID through Bulk SMS. You’re always free to register through another provider, but you’ll need to go through their registration process.
